Your Role:
As the Partner Pre-Sales Manager, you will be the go-to contact for channel partners. You'll drive expansion into new regions, manage onboarding, and provide essential training. Your mission is to enable partners to effectively position and sell our client's innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:
- You will be the primary contact for channel partners, offering sales support and addressing queries.
- You will identify and onboard new partners, ensuring they align with our client's goals.
- Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and product demos will be a key part of your role.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create co-branded sales materials and support post-sales teams with technical documentation.
- Analysing customer needs and designing tailored solutions will be essential, as well as developing proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concept demos.
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and driving pipeline growth will also be part of your responsibilities.
What You Bring:
- You should have proven working years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales, preferably in healthcare IT.
- Experience with indirect sales channels such as VARs, distributors, and system integrators is crucial.
- A proven track record in supporting complex sales cycles and driving revenue growth is essential.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or Arabic is a plus.
- A strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and solution design is necessary.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are key.
- You should also be willing to travel globally (approximately 25%).
