Proclinical is seeking a Sr Manager for New Product Planning to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on driving integrated launch readiness strategies, portfolio prioritization, and market understanding within the rare disease and pharmaceutical space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute integrated launch readiness strategies in collaboration with global teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to align DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) launch strategies with internal and external insights.
- Develop and implement early launch readiness strategies for selected products.
- Ensure DACH input is incorporated into global launch plans by liaising with local and global stakeholders.
- Recommend portfolio prioritization and resource allocation based on robust forecasting and launch strategies.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio evolution through local business development and licensing. Monitor external trends, customer insights, and competitor intelligence to inform local strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders across the health ecosystem to gather insights and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with regulatory, market access, commercial, and medical affairs teams to derive actionable intelligence.
- Support strategic planning processes, including setting milestones, KPIs, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and functional teams on portfolio data and priorities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Experience in cross-functional launch planning, particularly in medical, market access, and commercial areas.
- Proven ability to create strategies and deliver solutions to accelerate product launches.
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
- Knowledge of operations management is ideal.
- Experience in Oncology, Neuroscience, and Rare Diseases is preferred.
- Business fluency in English is essential; German language skills at a fluent level are highly desirable.
