Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Cryo Ablation to support hospitals and healthcare systems in cardiac-thoracic operating departments. In this role, you will focus on building relationships, driving sales, and providing clinical support during procedures and follow-up care. This position requires strategic planning, teamwork, and the ability to work in an operating room environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and drive a strategic sales plan for your territory to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Proactively identify and develop new customers, key contacts, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver clinical support during procedures and assist with post-procedure patient follow-up when required.
- Grow existing accounts by increasing product penetration and driving broader adoption.
- Partner closely with the Area Director to ensure alignment with overall corporate sales objectives.
- Communicate relevant industry insights and trends to the marketing team, providing timely feedback.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events as needed.
- Effectively manage your territory, maintaining accurate tracking of customer interactions and activity.
- Ensure compliance with all requirements to access hospitals, healthcare systems, and client facilities.
- Work confidently and professionally within an operating room environment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A university degree is preferred, or a comparable mix of relevant education, professional training, and hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of, and commercial experience within, cardiac and thoracic medical markets is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with neuromodulation technologies or therapy areas would be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in consistently delivering strong sales performance against defined objectives.
- Solid clinical insight combined with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and product applications.
- Highly developed people skills, with a natural ability to establish, maintain, and grow professional relationships.
- Flexibility to travel extensively, potentially up to 80% of the time, dependent on regional coverage and territory scope.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Dutch, spoken and written.
