Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager to join a dynamic team focused on driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the diabetes care sector. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting innovative medical device solutions, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within your assigned geographic territory. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals managing diabetes.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives and market share growth within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including endocrinologists, certified diabetes educators (CDEs), and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote and demonstrate the product portfolio, including related data management software and competitive products.
  • Conduct training programs for customers to ensure effective product use.
  • Collaborate with managed care organizations and understand their decision-making processes.
  • Represent the company at professional diabetes organizations and events within the region.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions and customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including commercial and corporate office colleagues, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Complete administrative tasks and manage the territory budget efficiently.
  • Travel within the assigned region, including occasional overnight stays, to meet business needs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in medical devices or diabetes-related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in using computers and data management tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
