Are you ready to turn precision into progress and play a key role in shaping the future of pharmaceutical innovation?

Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager for the Northwest Netherlands region. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical and product education teams to address the clinical and commercial needs of the area, drive product adoption, and support patient retention. You will engage with healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, diabetes nurses, pump specialists, and multidisciplinary diabetes teams, to promote awareness and demand for innovative diabetes management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including diabetes clinics, academic hospitals, and major medical centers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in discussing and showcasing diabetes-related products and software solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions on product usage and data management tools.
  • Develop account plans and prioritize segmentation strategies.
  • Foster connections with professional diabetes organizations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across the Benelux region.
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly and manage territory budgets efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within medical devices or diabetes specialization.
  • Strong relationships with endocrinologists and diabetes nurses are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with diabetes product training and the medical industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to execute sales and marketing plans effectively and manage budgets.
  • Results-driven and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
  • Team-oriented with experience working directly with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory and be willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays (approximately 1-3 nights per month).
  • Ability to transport professional products and literature as needed.
