Proclinical is currently seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join the Medical Affairs team of a biotechnical manufacturing company located remotely in CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, MD, DC, DE, RI, and VT. Successful candidate will facilitate the successful implementation of clinical trials, and provide field perspective to the client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external health care professionals.
- Participating in the conduct of clinical trials by responding to requests from physicians interested in investigator-sponsored trials as well as working with investigators.
- Partaking in the provision of medical information at scientific meetings at medical affairs booths, the education of healthcare professionals in the appropriate use of the product, serving as a resource in the education of sales, marketing and professional services employees.
- Participating in the identification and publication of scientific materials like monitoring and reviewing literature regarding competitors' products and relevant new literature.
Skills and Requirements:
- PharmD, MD, PhD, MSN or equivalent.
- 3 years related experience in FDA regulated industry preferred.
- 2 years clinical experience with preference for oncology, urology, or immunology.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Travel will be required and will involve a minimum of 50%.
- Must reside within the designated territory for the posted position.
