Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician for a role based in Romont, Switzerland. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team in the coffee production industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our production lines, carrying out corrective technical interventions, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the proper functioning and mechanical, electrical, and automatic troubleshooting of our production facilities.
Participate in various preventive, corrective, and conditional maintenance works in different areas of the plant.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Follow and comply with safety, health, environmental, and hygiene guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Residing in Switzerland.
Training in a technical field.
Experience in industrial maintenance.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and demonstrate agility and boldness.
