Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be on enhancing learner engagement and improving operational effectiveness through innovative content development. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in creating various educational materials and media.
- Strong grasp of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
- Ability to innovate and enhance learning experiences through creative content development.
The LMS Content Creation's responsibilities will be:
- Develop engaging learning experiences to boost learner engagement and operational effectiveness.
- Apply instructional design theories, practices, and methods effectively.
- Utilize adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Design and develop diverse educational materials, including instructor-led training, on-the-job training, eLearning modules, audio clips, videos, animations, simulations, role plays, and gamification.
