International Business Coordinator - Contract - Boston, MA (Remote)

Proclinical is seeking an International Business Coordinator to support key international initiatives. In this role, you will focus on meeting governance, tracking deliverables, and timeline management to ensure smooth project execution. This is a remote position based in the EST time zone, with an emphasis on collaboration and attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform large-scale bioconjugation processes for cGMP manufacturing projects. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and contributing to the successful production of drug substances.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tracking tools and project management software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks and dependencies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within the EST time zone.
The International Business Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with meeting owners to develop and maintain agendas for internal and external meetings.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate notes, minutes, and action items.
- Track action items, owners, and due dates, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Maintain trackers for projects, deliverables, and milestones across international initiatives.
- Monitor timelines, flag risks or delays, and communicate dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare status updates, summaries, and materials for leadership reviews.
