Proclinical is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our client's team in Switzerland. This role is crucial within the Infrastructure and Support team, focusing on container management. You will be responsible for managing access, coordinating maintenance, and supporting construction activities. A proactive approach to project requirements and cost monitoring is essential.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for office, meeting, and sanitary containers.
  • Establish and monitor adherence to rules for container villages, ensuring security and cleanliness.
  • Manage the Salto access system, including data synchronization and deactivation of unused accesses.
  • Coordinate with Zemac for license procurement and perform regular door checks for updates and maintenance.
  • Organize cleaning, maintenance, and repair activities across container villages.
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Engage in project planning, manage ownership and contracts for container villages.
  • Monitor costs and collaborate with project controlling for accurate allocation.
  • Report monthly to the line manager on safety, tours, and other activities.
  • Assist with relocation, assembly, and dismantling of containers.
  • Provide technical support for ordering and managing containers and related services.
  • Process construction dossiers from contractors.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience or willingness to learn container management and access systems.
  • Proficiency in maintaining records and generating reports.
  • Technical aptitude for supporting infrastructure needs.
