Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Order Management Team Lead to join our client's team, focusing on the DACH region with a primary emphasis on the German market. This role involves supporting management and back-office agents in Munich, ensuring smooth order processing from customer creation to shipment. You will play a crucial role in leading a team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a remote team to achieve daily order targets with high accuracy.
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily business processes from prescription scanning to billing.
  • Develop and manage a forecasting system for workload planning.
  • Provide escalation pathways and solutions for order processing issues.
  • Analyze processing errors and train the team to minimize them.
  • Enhance team development in customer correspondence to boost satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training for team motivation.
  • Implement improvement measures for quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop solutions for insurance-specific requirements in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Evaluate implementations to identify and standardize efficient practices.
  • Support daily operations during staffing shortages.
  • Ensure complete documentation of end-to-end processes.
