Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Order Management Team Lead to join our client's team, focusing on the DACH region with a primary emphasis on the German market. This role involves supporting management and back-office agents in Munich, ensuring smooth order processing from customer creation to shipment. You will play a crucial role in leading a team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a remote team to achieve daily order targets with high accuracy.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily business processes from prescription scanning to billing.
- Develop and manage a forecasting system for workload planning.
- Provide escalation pathways and solutions for order processing issues.
- Analyze processing errors and train the team to minimize them.
- Enhance team development in customer correspondence to boost satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training for team motivation.
- Implement improvement measures for quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop solutions for insurance-specific requirements in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Evaluate implementations to identify and standardize efficient practices.
- Support daily operations during staffing shortages.
- Ensure complete documentation of end-to-end processes.
