Proclinical is seeking a Communications Specialist to support the delivery of clear, consistent, and high-quality external communications. This role involves creating engaging content for external audiences, supporting flagship events, and collaborating across teams to ensure professional and aligned messaging. The position offers exposure to both strategic planning and operational execution, making it ideal for a highly organized communications professional looking to grow their career.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content for external audiences, including media materials, website updates, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work with design and digital teams to create visual and multimedia content for social media, digital platforms, and events.
- Monitor media coverage and assist with media relations activities.
- Manage sensitive communication with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing external events such as the Annual General Meeting and investor-related activities.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, guest lists, and on-site support.
- Prepare event materials such as briefing notes, presentations, and other supporting content.
- Support post-event reporting, evaluation, and content capture.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Experience in communications, event management, marketing, or investor relations.
