Cleaning Validation Expert

Proclinical are recruiting a Cleaning Validation Expert for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Stein. The client is focused on helping people live longer and better lives.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will uphold all activities and projects under own accountability in an examination ready standing.
• Collaborate with cross functional personnel to guarantee that process risks are analysed, properly controlled and documented correctly.
• Assist in the implementation of cleaning validation doings at the shop floor.
• You will be responsible for making sure that all site validation actions are conducted and are in line with the company's current requirements and cGMP, handle abnormalities linked with process validation and give proposals for aberration resolution as well as deterrence of reoccurrence.
• When pertinent, you will support site validation preparation by authoring and upholding master plans for cleaning processes and current cleaning.
• You will write and analyse cleaning validation protocols & reports, current cleaning verification protocols & reports.
• Assess Cleaning Master Batch Records and correlated change controls.
• Corroborate revalidation requirement based on technical changes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Obtained a BSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical / Pharma Engineering, or similar.
• Fluency in the English language and knowledgeable in German.
• Would be ideal for the candidate to possess 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing/ manufacturing science and technology/technical development/quality.
• Exhaustive comprehension of manufacturing processes and associated process apparatus.
• Solid knowledge of quality systems and regulatory needs across various health authorities.
• Previous experience in implementing process validation.
• Proficient in evaluating and authoring technical reports.
• Essential conception of standard pharmaceutical analytical testing.
