Proclinical is seeking a Sample Management Specialist to support clinical trial operations by managing and reconciling sample data.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to address discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex situations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in clinical trials, clinical operations, or clinical data management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

The Sample Management Specialist's responsibilities will be:

• Perform sample management activities, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to support sample management processes.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in sample metadata using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address data discrepancies.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, presenting solutions to management clearly.
• Manage high-priority and high-volume tasks within established timelines.
• Facilitate data reporting for clinical study queries related to sample inventory.
• Oversee sample management activities for assigned studies to meet project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, CROs, central labs, and third-party vendors.

Compensation:

• $40 to $50 per hour
