Proclinical is seeking an Analytical Associate Scientist to play a key part in the characterization and analysis of drug substances and drug products. You will work with cross-functional teams, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to support method development, validation, and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about analytical science and eager to contribute to innovative pharmaceutical development.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, document, and interpret scientific experiments for drug substances and drug products using advanced analytical techniques.
- Perform analytical method validations, transfers, stability studies, release testing, and cleaning verification in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Troubleshoot analytical methods and instrumentation issues, providing scientific solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new analytical technologies.
- Write and review analytical documents, including raw data, validation protocols, and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to good documentation practices and laboratory standards during all activities.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and fulfill assigned tasks within project timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, promoting knowledge sharing and a strong team spirit.
- Work in accordance with SOPs, quality directives, health and safety regulations, and internal guidelines.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field).
- Hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in therapeutic oligonucleotides, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in liquid chromatography techniques (e.g., IPRP, AEX, HILIC) is essential.
- Familiarity with analytical technologies such as coulometry, UV-spectrometry, and colorimetry/turbidimetry is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a self-driven and collaborative attitude.
- High level of learning agility and a proactive approach to coordination and teamwork.
