Proclinical is seeking a Cisco Collaboration Engineer for a role involving all aspects from planning to creation to aftercare for systems within various environments. This role will have a strong focus on optimising the VOIP infrastructure. The successful candidate will be expected to work on multiple projects and issues simultaneously, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement activities for Global IT Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and be accountable for the delivery and maintenance of the company's VOIP infrastructure.
- Manage telephony migrations from on-premise CUCM into Cisco Cloud (Webex Calling).
- Design, build, manage, optimize, support and maintain the global enterprise VOIP environment.
- Develop and maintain technical standards and system configuration documentation, physical and logical diagrams, knowledge base articles, and runbooks.
- Responsible for software and hardware upgrades relating to the Cisco voice infrastructure.
- Identify and remediate voice and video performance issues and act as escalation point to review and resolve technical issues.
- Provide Tier 3 technical expertise and support relating to Cisco voice infrastructure.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide operational support as needed.
- Adhere to and participate in the current and future IT Service Management processes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant working experience with planning, designing, supporting and maintaining network hardware.
- Proven history work with Cisco Voice technologies.
- Deep knowledge on Voice related protocols and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of network architecture and maintenance.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments, business partners and suppliers.
- Strong technical support, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
