Channel Manager Nordics Emerging Markets

Proclinical has partnered with an exciting US based company specialised in Cellular Imaging in the fields of immunology, cancer research and infectious diseases. The technology provides highly multiplexed single-cell data from cell suspension samples.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibility will be to network with channel partners, set targets and work with their teams and where possible do joined customer visits. Smaller trainings will be part of the job, but indepth trainings will be provided by the Applications Team. One would be responsible for the Genomics and Cellular Imaging portfolio. Only very recently the company has launched additional new products to expand on their range to stay innovative. Monthly forecasting calls/ meetings will be required with their top 10 customers and, with the smaller accounts it will be quarterly either F2F or remote. The main focus of the role is to look after existing distributors within the Nordics. The second largest market will be Israel where regular visits will be required. As the UAE including Dubai, Qatar and Kuwait have a huge growth potential development of this region will also be part of the duties. Countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, and Bulgaria will be mainly handled via video calls and emails. The overall travel will be around 70% of the time.

Requirements:

The company is currently looking for an experienced Distributions Manager or Sales professional who has previously managed Distributors or Channel Partners. The ideal candidate can be based anywhere in Sweden or Denmark and has experience with Immunohistochemistry, Fluorescence Microscopy, Flow Cytometry, Single Cell, Multiplex ELISA or similar. You will be part of a team of 7 Sales professionals. Training will be depending on experience and will take place in the UK and US. The hiring manager is no micromanager. She likes to treat people like adults, is very supportive and will be always there should help be needed and comes across as kind and genuine. Development opportunities are given within the organisation. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is highly desired. If you have a degree in the immunology or proteomics field and ideally 2years minimum of distributions experience, love to travel, are a good communicator and empathetic, independent and solutions orientated the position might be the right one for you.
