Proclinical is seeking a Compliance Specialist to partner with business stakeholders in creating and supporting an embedded ethics and compliance framework.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on ensuring that core values guide business conduct and decision-making, effectively managing corporate risks. You will be a forward-thinking leader, anticipating the impact of changing regulations and public debates on ethics. A modern approach to the E&C operating model is essential, aligning with strategic goals.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in Ethics & Compliance within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Proficient in compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and training development.
• Skilled in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Bachelor's degree required.

The Compliance Analyst's responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to embed ethics and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure core values guide business conduct and decision-making.
• Anticipate and respond to changes in regulations and public ethical debates.
• Establish and maintain a functional structure and agile framework for E&C.
• Support the achievement of strategic goals and vision.
