We are on the hunt for bold, innovative thinkers who are ready to help push the boundaries of science and make a tangible difference in the world.

Proclinical is seeking a Commercial Operations Director to join our client's team in the cardiovascular pharmaceuticals sector. This role focuses on supporting the commercialization of products in travel markets and leading new launch initiatives across various European countries. The position requires immediate availability and is a 12-month contract.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support new market launches in Central and South-Eastern Europe and other EUCAN regions.
Manage EUCAN sales reporting and develop data repositories.
Coordinate and support EUCAN travel LOC engagements, including scheduling and planning meetings.
Oversee forecasting processes for EUCAN and other markets.
Collaborate with VBU and EUCAN counterparts to address travel market needs.
Support key growth initiatives and logistics for regional congresses.
Oversee marketing and stock needs for LOCs, advising on stock changes as necessary.
Develop presentations and support global strategic assumptions and forecasting processes.
Enhance commercial capabilities across regions and LOCs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Experience in a global, multidisciplinary environment, preferably in the vaccine/pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
Proficiency in MS Office and Project; familiarity with SharePoint.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
