Field Service Engineer -Northern Italy

You'll be the go-to expert keeping cutting-edge Proteomics instruments running at customer sites across Italy, Switzerland & South France - diagnosing hardware, software and chemistry issues, and turning frustrated customers into fans.

What you'll do:

• Install, maintain and repair complex lab systems on-site
• Troubleshoot tricky technical problems under pressure
• Drive root-cause fixes, not just band-aids
• Be the face of the company for ~60% of your time on the road

What you'll bring:

• A science/engineering degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Solid grounding in optical, electrical & mechanical systems
• A knack for root cause analysis
• Bonus points: Mass Spec experience, CRM tools (Salesforce/ServiceMax), and Italian language skills
