Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Netherlands. This role focuses on supporting healthcare professionals and patients in the adoption and effective use of advanced diabetes management technology. You will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote innovative treatment solutions while supporting patient engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

The position requires regular travel within the assigned territory and may offer flexibility for part-time employment where appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the benefits of advanced diabetes management technology and related solutions to healthcare professionals and patients through both group and one-to-one sessions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists, diabetes care teams, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to facilitate access to therapy.
  • Organise and deliver patient education programmes in collaboration with healthcare providers and outpatient services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial and customer support teams to achieve therapy adoption and retention objectives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports, and account plans within CRM systems.
  • Support educational events, patient information sessions, healthcare workshops, and industry meetings.
  • Assist with internal product and clinical training for colleagues.
  • Remain informed about developments and best practices within diabetes care and related technologies.
  • Complete administrative activities accurately and within specified deadlines.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience supporting patients using diabetes management technologies.
  • Professional clinical qualifications such as diabetes nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, or similar healthcare background are advantageous.
  • Valid driving licence and residence within the assigned territory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Established knowledge of the diabetes care environment and professional healthcare networks is desirable.
  • Competent in the use of digital systems and software platforms.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays.
