Proclinical is working alongside an organisation that is part of an international group driving innovation across the life sciences - and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help us grow. If you love the science, thrive on building relationships, and want your work to genuinely matter in labs and clinics across the country, this is your next move.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales strategy and hit ambitious growth targets across your territory
• Build lasting partnerships with labs, research institutions, and healthcare facilities
• Deliver compelling product demos that show customers what's possible
• Stay ahead of market trends and feed insights back to product teams
• Own your pipeline from prospecting to close, using CRM tools to stay sharp

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotech, Business, or similar
• 3-5+ years of sales, marketing, or applications experience in biotech or diagnostics
• Sharp communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A self-starter mentality - you're just as comfortable solo as you are on a team
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 80%)
