Proclinical is seeking an Associate Warehouse Coordinator for a contract role in the US. This position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including receiving, internal deliveries, and inventory management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of FDA and worldwide quality compliance regulations.
  • Commitment to maintaining data integrity and operational excellence.

The Associate Warehouse Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

  • Perform all aspects of receiving and internal deliveries to end users.
  • Deliver pick tickets to internal labs and respond to delivery requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with shipping tasks, including preparing shipping paperwork and completing transactions in systems like UPS.
  • Contact vendors to retrieve quality documentation such as Certificates of Analysis.
  • Participate in End-of-Month (EOM) inventory activities.
  • Unload receiving trucks and inspect deliveries upon arrival.
  • Handle system receiving and process related paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
  • Communicate delivery and receiving status to relevant personnel.
  • Support other warehouse employees and assist in other departments as needed.
  • Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Perform job-specific tasks in compliance with regulations, international standards, and company policies.
  • May be required to work holidays, weekends, or overtime as needed.
