Proclinical is currently recruiting for an Aseptic Manufacturing Associate position on behalf of a top 10 global pharmaceutical company. This organization develops innovative products across multiple therapy areas including cardiovascular, oncology, and respiratory, and employs 100,000 staff globally. Based in the company's office in Pennsylvania, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work with an internationally renowned company and bolster a career in the Scientific field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Completing daily manufacturing tasks/cleaning (environmentally controlled areas ISO7, ISO 8 etc) per standard operating procedures and batch document instructions as applicable.
- Monitoring critical process parameters.
- Documenting all manufacturing activities clearly and accurately.
- Preparing cleaning solutions and equipment required to perform cleaning, stocking gowning rooms, and cleaning closets with appropriate materials.
- Following a detailed cleaning schedule for all applicable areas as required by cleaning program
- Ensuring all processing equipment and materials necessary are adequate and available to set the team up for success. Troubleshooting as required.
- Maintaining a high level of mechanical and technical aptitude and training.
- Performing annual facility inspection.
- Ensuring all production activities are completed in a safe and compliant manner.
- Communicating with other personnel to ensure team alignment and that cleaning and production activities do not interfere with one another.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree with 0-2 or more years of directly related experience.
- Degree in other discipline (or lack of degree) may be considered if sufficient technical depth has been achieved from professional experience.
- Up to a year's worth of prior manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with the demonstration of a high level of performance, is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
