Analytical Associate Scientist - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking an experienced and dedicated Analytical Associate Scientist.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will be required to support technical programs from early development through Phase I/II and Phase III. The successful candidate will be part of the In-process Analytics (IPA) team within the Drug Substance - Technical R&D unit, focusing on executing scientific studies and routine characterization assays.

Skills & Requirements:

Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Industry or laboratory experience.
Hands-on experience with analytical HPLC or plate-based assays.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Experience with high throughput screening and automation technologies (preferred).
Understanding of polysaccharide chemistry and protein biochemistry (preferred).
Demonstrates critical, analytical, and synthetic abilities.
Strong scientific writing skills.

The Analytical Associate Scientist's responsibilities will be:

Execute routine characterization assays of Drug Substance, including analytical HPLC and plate-based assays.
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment and communicate effectively.
Manage time efficiently to meet short-term targets.
Seek feedback on performance to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure coherence and quality in scientific writing for regulatory documents.

Compensation:

$28 to $31 per hour
