AI Manager

Proclinical Staffing is partnered with a Healthcare Group that focuses on pharmaceutical and BioNTech development with just over 20 specialized companies in their group and over 100 drugs approved. They are looking to fulfill an AI Solution Manager, and, in this role, you will lead the development of a comprehensive AI product strategy, identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases in collaboration with specialist departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Shape the overall AI product vision, collaborate with specialists to define impactful use cases, and lead their strategic prioritization.
• Being the Product Owner for AI solutions.
• Maintain reliable AI system performance through active monitoring, structured incident resolution, and SLA governance.
• Oversee the deployment of AI models and manage the rollout of updates and new functionalities across the AI product lifecycle.
• Build robust business cases with clear ROI projections and establish KPIs to track and steer AI-driven initiatives.
• Communicate plans, progress, and outcomes effectively to leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, manage technical documentation, and uphold best practices in model lifecycle management.
• Cultivate and evaluate partnerships with external AI vendors and technology providers to support strategic goals.

Your Profile:

• You bring several years of hands-on experience in AI product management, machine learning, data modeling, and chatbot technologies.
• You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, paired with strategic thinking and a business-oriented mindset.
• You excel at bridging technical solutions with business processes and are skilled in assessing and tracking the value (ROI) of AI initiatives.
• Your ability to communicate and present effectively across all levels of an organization sets you apart.
• Fluent in both spoken and written German.
