Proclinical is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of AD, Regional Commercial Analytics. This position focuses on delivering commercial insights to guide strategic decisions in rare disease areas. The successful candidate will be an essential part of the Global Commercial Brand Teams, providing expert guidance and leveraging data analytics to support regional and country leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Regional Analytics Roadmap to generate actionable insights.
- Establish strategies to achieve commercial goals and align with International HQ functions.
- Collaborate with the International GIACO team to create common KPI dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Lead change management efforts to enhance data and digital literacy within the NEAD region.
- Drive data quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Oversee governance frameworks, including Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic insights for leadership.
- Participate actively in GIACO and NEAD Leadership Teams, contributing to strategic priorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for International Commercial Capabilities initiatives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, biotech, operations, or related field.
- Strong communication and influence skills across organizational levels.
- Proactive in shaping regional strategy with a strong execution mindset.
- Experience in commercial or commercial excellence roles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Ability to manage complexity and drive change management initiatives.
- Digital agility and understanding of multi-channel marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
