Drive growth and clinical impact as a Territory Sales Manager in a high-value medical device portfolio.

Proclinical is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and customer success within a specialised medical device portfolio across a defined region. This role combines commercial and clinical expertise to support product adoption, deliver training, and provide ongoing customer support in acute care environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall territory performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and account development
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical users, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Lead product evaluations, trials, and contract negotiations
  • Educate customers on product value, clinical applications, and workflow integration
  • Provide structured market feedback to internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Deliver clinical training to ensure safe, effective, and compliant product use
  • Support customers through onboarding, evaluations, and post-installation phases
  • Troubleshoot clinical and workflow challenges while reinforcing best practices

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within consultative, capital, and clinical sales environments
  • Strong background in acute care settings; exposure to cardiology or haemostasis is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical audiences
  • Demonstrated success in managing territories, building pipelines, and executing strategic sales plans
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude with the ability to train and support end users
  • Highly organised with strong collaboration and project management capabilities
