Proclinical is seeking a Territory Sales Lead focused on advancing minimally invasive and hybrid solutions within cardiovascular care. This role focuses on driving sales, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting the use of advanced technologies in cardiothoracic operating rooms, EP cath labs, and related hospital departments.

As a key contributor, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in advancing patient care through cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital administration to present tools and initiatives that highlight advanced products and clinical approaches.
  • Promote and support the establishment of Centers of Excellence at appropriate hospital facilities.
  • Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Director to align strategies with corporate sales goals.
  • Share industry news and trends with the marketing team and provide feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events as needed.
  • Manage the assigned territory, track customer activity, and ensure compliance with hospital or healthcare system access requirements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Specific knowledge or experience with endocardial ablation systems and/or occluder systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Experience in the electrophysiology (EP) market is an advantage.
