Be the commercial force behind next-generation drug launches, combining strategy, data, and innovation.

Proclinical is seeking a commercially driven leader to take on a senior leadership role focused on shaping commercial strategy, market access, and customer success. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, pharmaceutical strategy, and global drug launches, contributing to the growth of an innovative platform transforming how medicines are brought to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and deepen strategic client partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech customers across Europe and globally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on pricing, market access, reimbursement, and launch strategies.
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth, including identifying and converting opportunities with global pharma and biotech companies.
  • Lead commercial conversations from initial engagement through proposal development and closing.
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product feedback and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape future product development priorities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences and maximize client value from the platform.
  • Contribute to defining the company's commercial direction, market expansion, and long-term growth strategy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Expertise in pricing, market access, reimbursement, and launch strategy within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
  • Strong network across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
  • Experience working across European markets, with exposure to the US market being a plus.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders in strategic discussions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Interest in technology, AI-driven products, and data-enabled decision-making.
  • Hands-on approach with a high level of ownership and adaptability.
