They needed to build strong teams in order to make sure the new facility would be up and running in the given timelines. The fact that it was an aseptic facility meant that the candidate pool was restricted to those with this specific background. They had their own recruitment team on site, but were unable to engage the right networks, and could not thoroughly communicate to the market exactly what the company was trying to achieve. Therefore, they approached our team in need of specialised scientific recruiters. Our challenge was to find candidates with an aseptic background, whilst educating them about this new facility and the company’s future plans.

We conducted extensive market mapping of subject matter experts, utilising our unparalleled knowledge of the market and region, and mobilised local language speakers. This ensured that candidates were spoken to in their own language and created a smoother experience for both candidate and our partner.

Our scientific consultants had an existing strong network with aseptic environment experience and were able to tap into this to provide immediate shortlists for our partner. We worked with their in-house team to provide a permanent and contract solution that complemented different candidate’s skillsets and allowed a myriad of people to contribute to the facility. We offered our expert advice on which candidates would be needed on a contract basis and which would be better taken on permanently, with the best interests of the development of the site at heart. We communicated frequently with our partner via conference calls to establish a strong relationship and ensure consistent feedback.
