MDR Project

Our partner, a top medical device organisation specialising in hips, shoulders, and the spine, had to meet a deadline for all products on the market to be up to date with the new MDR regulations.

The challenge

They needed 15 clinical research assistants within 6 months to help them meet the new MDR regulations.

The budget had been halved and they needed a number of highly qualified individuals for the task at hand. It was crucial that the deadline was met otherwise there would be serious legal consequences.

The solution

We worked closely with the leadership team to identify the best recruitment model to make sure the team would be in place on time all across Europe (France, UK, Switzerland).

We established the essential skills required by our partner for the project and connected with our network to find the most suitable candidates available. As the budget had been cut, we made the majority of the placements in the country with the lowest rate to respect the revised budget.

The outcome

15 clinical research associates were placed within 8 months

The project was delivered on time and within budget

The organisation has now partnered with us across Europe and the US for their needs in clinical, QA/RA and medical affairs
