Warehouse Clerk - Contract - Social Circle, Georgia GA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Warehouse Clerk. This position is on a temporary contract and is based in Social Circle, Georgia.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is integral to manufacturing operations of the company and focuses on managing shipments, overseeing the disposition of plasma units and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the smooth operation of the production area.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or technical office setting.
  • Experience with stand-up forklift operation.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and PC environments.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment and in controlled environments requiring special gowning.
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

The Warehouse Clerk's responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee all aspects of local Manufacturing Plasma Operations.
  • Handle the receipt of plasma shipments, both physically and electronically.
  • Manage the disposition of plasma units, both manually and using automated systems.
  • Assist with the staging of plasma for delivery to production.
  • Segregate plasma units requiring special processing.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet-jacks.
  • Complete necessary paperwork in accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams and departmental projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records, including updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure the production area is kept clean and compliant with GMP standards.
