Proclinical is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager. This role will ensure that the intellectual property customers have exceptional experiences with our products and services, leading to increased customer retention and growth opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with EMEA patent offices and government clients to maximize the value of our solutions and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts, including managing relationships, upselling, and client satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Align company offerings with client needs to capture growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for each account.
- Conduct sales calls and engage with clients to uncover needs and align with their strategic objectives.
- Resolve customer issues and communicate effectively.
- Own key metrics such as bookings, upsell, cross-sell, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global peers and subject matter experts for cohesive client engagement.
- Manage pipeline and forecast to increase business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and user groups.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, communications, or related fields.
- Fluent in business English and at least one other European language (Spanish, French, German, or Italian preferred).
- Experience in sales with government organizations and/or patent offices in Europe.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to understand client strategy and develop long-term value propositions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of increasing bookings and contract value.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Experience with virtual selling tools and prospecting platforms.
- Willingness to travel 25-40%.
