Proclinical is seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to join a dynamic analytics team in Burgess Hill. In this role, you will translate data into actionable commercial insights to support customer experience strategies, market sizing, competitor monitoring, and targeted marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful decision-making within the diabetes and medical devices sector.

Responsibilities:

• Support the UK and Ireland Customer Experience (Cx) strategy and measurement initiatives.
• Manage customer and competitor surveys and benchmarking activities.
• Produce regular market size and share reports, as well as market trend analyses.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative market research.
• Leverage external healthcare data sources to drive data-driven marketing and sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Tableau and Alteryx is preferred.
• Experience in data-driven roles; healthcare experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
