Software Architect

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Software Architect who will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures for both backend and frontend applications. The successful candidate will translate requirements into technical solutions, considering the overall project objectives. This role also involves leading and supervising development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures for backend and frontend applications.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions, considering the overall project objectives.
• Provide technical support for projects and customer support.
• Lead and supervise development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Evaluate trends and introduce new technologies with high quality standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree in computer science, business informatics or a similar field of study.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience in the design and development of backend and frontend applications.
• Solid practical knowledge of software design principles, including object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, maintainability, performance optimization, and security procedures.
• Knowledge of classic and/or agile process models (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, V-model).
• High quality standards for the solution created; intrinsic motivation to deal with new technologies and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of English.
