Senior Software Developer (a)

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Software Developer who is passionate about creating and improving cross-product user experiences. This role involves developing UX/UI concepts and style guides for both browser and mobile-based applications, as well as providing technical guidance to junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interaction design and frontend frameworks, and a commitment to creating user-friendly designs across various devices.

Responsibilities:

• Expand and improve a cross-product UX/UI design concept
• Create, revise, and extend unit tests
• Develop UX/UI concepts and style guides for both browser and mobile-based applications
• Document, design, and implement requirements in software product development
• Develop technical best practices for given requirements
• Analyze requirements and provide feedback on feasibility/effort estimates
• Provide technical guidance and support for junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and support the improvement of software quality and processes

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge and experience in interaction design / UX / UI design
• Experience with common frontend frameworks such as ReactJS / Angular / VueJS
• Experience in creating HTML/CSS style guides
• Experience in creating responsive designs that are user-friendly on different devices
• Current knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET Core
• Excellent English skills
• Experience with Blazor for ASP.NET, human-machine interfaces, RTOS, process scheduling, programming for concurrency, message queuing, distributed transactions, applications of different consistency models, virtualization, cloud services, cloud infrastructure management, security assessment and risk analysis, implementation of secure solutions, resilient software systems in complex environments, autonomous systems, knowledge of GAMP regulations for software systems are advantageous
• BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or MSc/PhD in a related field
• Good knowledge of German
