Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Production Manager to drive the production coolant and lubricant solutions. This role is integral to the team, focusing on the management and continuous development of production. The successful candidate will be part of a global, family-run company that values trust and personal responsibility along with united cooperation.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and continuously develop production processes.

- Ensure timely, cost-optimized, quality, and EHS-compliant production of products.

- Lead, coach, develop, and support team members.

- Participate in optimizing capacity planning (personnel and facilities).

- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.

- Contribute to the further development and maintenance of the preventive maintenance plan.

- Manage risk within the area.

- Share responsibility for the manufacturing processes in the Hasle-Rüegsau and Goshen USA plants.

- Ensure legal compliance and meet the requirements according to ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 for the Hasle-Rüegsau plant including external storage.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Further training or studies with a focus on process engineering, production technology, or comparable training.

- Proven experience as a production manager, ideally in the chemical or food industry or similar.

- Profound experience in operating and supporting chemical (production) plants.

- Good knowledge of methods such as KVP / Kaizen, Lean Management, Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt), PFMEA and their implementation (Change Management).

- Knowledge in the development and application of HACCP (= Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).

- ERP experience, ideally MS FO as well as involvement in the new introduction of an ERP.

- Very good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English.
