Proclinical is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to support in delivering actionable insights and performance reporting. This role focuses on analysing sales performance, market trends, and optimizing territory performance to drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and empower field teams with data-driven tools and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance and market trends across territories to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for field teams, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and track KPIs aligned with company strategy and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to define and communicate performance metrics.
- Generate insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and resource allocation strategies.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through automation, self-service analytics tools, and training.
- Drive standardization of KPIs and contribute to data governance initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and efficiency in analytics reporting.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Deep understanding of data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Strong ability to develop and communicate KPIs and actionable insights.
- Experience in commercial analytics, preferably within healthcare or life sciences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce dashboards, reports, and configurations.
- Effective problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and visualization skills to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Fluency in English and either French or Spanish.
- Basic coding skills and familiarity with Spotfire are preferred.
