Proclinical is seeking a Core Lab Sales Specialist to join a dynamic sales team, focusing on delivering innovative diagnostic solutions to healthcare providers. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth, building strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, and contributing to improved patient outcomes through cutting-edge product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding the Blood Sciences product range and fostering customer advocacy within NHS and private accounts.
- Identify and manage new business opportunities strategically, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to grow market share.
- Engage in consultative selling by advising customers, creating tailored solutions, and transforming service delivery models for maximum impact.
- Develop and execute clear sales action plans to maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet business objectives in a competitive environment.
- Lead and contribute to successful tender responses for new business acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate effectively within the organization, including matrix management, to support the overall success of the sales team.
- Continuously gather customer and market insights to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and influence a diverse customer base.
- Ability to make informed business decisions and consistently deliver value.
- Experience in sales, account management, or the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with tender processes and matrix management is advantageous.
