SAP FICO Application Manager

Proclinical are recruiting for a talented SAP FICO Application Manager to join an esteemed International Healthcare company located near Zürich, Switzerland with hybrid working available. In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will function as a strategic business manager, dedicated to comprehending corporate strategies, formulating IT plans, supporting stakeholders, engaging in strategic project planning, and executing comprehensive IT system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day SAP support processes and activities, including the ticket system, prioritization, communication, and resolution, while coordinating related escalation processes.
• Assume responsibility for the development of the SAP Application through customization.
• Collaborate with the IT Change Board to manage change requests and deployment processes.
• Manage project management aspects of SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment with Corporate strategy and IT Plan; oversee overall projects, planning, prioritizing, coordinating, and reporting against project milestones and activities.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Hold a degree or equivalent education with demonstrated experience in managing SAP FI/CO Applications.
• Possess experience in Project Management or Project Delivery
• Have business process experience in industrial manufacturing and logistics, with programming experience considered advantageous.
• Demonstrate business fluency in English.
• Currently hold or able to attain a Swiss work permit; or already a Swiss/EU citizen.
