Proclinical is seeking an IT/OT Project Manager to lead cross-divisional projects focused on developing and enhancing OT infrastructure. This role emphasizes cyber security strategy development and ensuring practical security solutions in OT operations. You will coordinate between IT departments and external service providers, conduct security analyses, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-divisional projects for OT infrastructure development.
• Develop cyber security strategies aligned with digital trends.
• Ensure security solutions are practical and effective.
• Coordinate responsibilities between IT departments and external providers.
• Conduct security analyses and risk assessments for OT systems.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements in technology implementation.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in a technical field (e.g., information or engineering sciences).
• Experience in IT or network project management.
• Knowledge of network security, protocol analysis, and vulnerability management.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT).
• Experience with process plants or control systems, preferably in GMP environments.
• Familiarity with cyber security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Confident interaction with various stakeholders.
