Pre-Sales Manager (Regulatory Saas) - Permanent - Remote (East Coast)

Proclinical is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to join our team remotely on the East Coast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales cycle by acting as a trusted advisor and providing high-value solution demonstrations. Your expertise will help identify customer needs and align them with our product offerings.

The Pre-Sales Manager will:

Support the account manager team throughout the sales cycle.
Act as a trusted advisor during client meetings and conference calls.
Identify customer needs and match them with product solutions.
Deliver both standard and tailored product demonstrations.
Assist in the bidding process and manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RfPs).
Provide feedback to the product management team to enhance product offerings.

Skills & Requirements:

Degree in Life Sciences, Information Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in pre-sales with strong business and technical knowledge.
In-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in regulatory environments.
Expertise in IT solutions such as RIM, Document Management, and Submission Management.
Strong presentation skills and a convincing presence.
