Proclinical is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a remote position based in Germany. This role focuses on overseeing technical projects, promoting collaboration with customers, and coordinating across departments to ensure successful project execution and integration. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Responsibilities:

Oversee technical aspects of projects from planning to completion, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring.
Collaborate with operational and technical customer representatives to enhance product adoption and integration.
Advocate internally for customer needs, liaising with engineering teams, account managers, and product managers.
Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Development, Support, Product Management, and IT departments.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, implementing best practices in infrastructure management and DevOps.
Oversee data integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, conduct regular project status meetings, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing technology function, leading technical projects or in technical account management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, health management, computer science, or a related field.
Fast, precise, and friendly communication style focused on customer goals and wishes.
Extensive experience in project management within healthcare technology, with knowledge of data integration projects.
Understanding of IT architecture and experience with clinical systems and medical standards.
Business-oriented, solution-oriented, and independent work style.
-Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and high customer orientation.
High level of self-organization and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Fluent in German and English.
