Sales Operation Specialist (German Speaker)

Proclinical are recruiting for a Sales Operation Specialist (German Speaker) for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the research and processing of national and global tenders.
• Request documents, statements, confirmations, certifications, etc.
• You will request required information and documents from both internal and external bodies and prepare them.
• Use multiple sources of information, compare multifaceted technical queries in service specifications with the company's product specifications.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Various years of experience within internal sales administration.
• A high level of technical comprehension.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in both the German and English languages.
• Computer literacy with MS Office applications and numerous databases.
