Proclinical is seeking a Sales Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Fort Worth, TX.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and compliant processes for sample distribution and reporting. You will also play a key role in managing systems and supporting field sales operations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments and functions.
- Proficiency in using systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage onboarding, territory adjustments, and employee transitions.
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.
The Sales Customer Support Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Work closely with Legal, IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams to maintain compliant sample distribution processes and deliver accurate KPI performance reports.
- Serve as a key user of systems to input, report, or track activities such as SFA Order Entry, Virtual Inventory, Hand Carry Samples, Medical Meetings and Events, and other sample fulfillment systems.
- Oversee onboarding, territory changes, and terminations for field sales employees across shared business units.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of representative rosters for both internal and external reporting purposes.
