Respiratory Biologics Sales Specialist - Permanent - Northern New Jersey
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Respiratory Biologics Sales Specialist for a permanent position based in Northern New Jersey, United States.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals in meaningful dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for Respiratory Biologics. The role requires a high degree of sales proficiency to drive sales performance and meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven working experience in documented, full-time, successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience OR experience in a scientific/clinical/healthcare environment OR demonstrated experience & knowledge within healthcare ecosystems.
- Proven ability to engage key stakeholders in complex clinical environments.
- Strong scientific acumen in a highly competitive environment.
- Understanding of the reimbursement and distribution challenges of a biologics product.
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
The Respiratory Biologics Sales Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Develop superior product and disease state knowledge.
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
- Capitalize on formulary approvals and other opportunities through effective implementation of strategic targeting plans.
- Identify business opportunities, present value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs and objectives, and recommend solutions to drive and develop business.
- Provide special education to healthcare providers within ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other Respiratory Biologics Sales Specialists to coordinate selling efforts.
- Consistently challenge yourself to grow and develop, seek feedback to gain insight into strengths and developmental needs.
