An international healthcare leader is advertising a vacancy for a Regional Marketing Manager, CRM (APAC) to join their office in Singapore. The Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Marketing Manager will work closely with Country leadership as a key contributor to building of the strategic vision of in APAC region with a focus on core markets of Japan, China, ANZ, Korea and developing markets in South East Asia and India. They will bring additional strategic leadership to the CRM franchise in Asia Pacific, ensuring tailored programs are in place for key markets that leverage the full breadth and depth of the CRM portfolio. Furthermore, they will develop marketing and customer programs to support the implementation of key APAC CRM strategies across the region to achieve operating plan objective and long-term vision objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing CRM product launches to reflect marketing plan, strategies and tactics (price, positioning, promotion, education etc.).
- Working with the Global Marketing counterparts to implement marketing strategies and tactics and specific materials to support local Asia Pacific markets.
- Upholding highest margin and profitability standards, providing strategic decision support in designing, supporting, and assessing go-to-market strategies.
- Working in partnership with the other CRM Marketing Manager, country sales, and marketing leadership.
- Actively observing, researching, and reviewing market segments, customer requirements, and competitor dynamics.
- Aggregating and synthesising field input to support marketing and sales strategy development.
- Identifying business growth opportunities and unmet customer requirements and providing vision and focus to move ideas to the marketplace.
- Working with regional operations teams to provide input on forecasts to enable future strategic product launches, phase in/out plans.
- Participating in physician review panels to provide effective customer feedback on product plans and marketing strategies.
Skills and Requirements:
- A university degree in a relevant subject.
- Strong understanding of the CRM business, Asia-Pacific experience an advantage.
- Experience in working in cross functional teams, collaboratively, with sales, R&D, and manufacturing.
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement policies in the region.
- Strong market analysis skills.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
