Proclinical is seeking a Process Engineer to join our client's team in Solothurn, Switzerland. This role focuses on designing, specifying, and installing new equipment, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting for cell culture, purification, pharmaceutical processing equipment, and plant utilities. An urgent requirement is to support production control systems and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Design, specify, and install new equipment.
Provide engineering technical support and troubleshooting.
Develop and oversee CQV protocols and testing.
Lead corrective and preventive actions on equipment.
Manage equipment and system change control.
Offer expertise in technical investigations and technology transfer.
Optimize equipment and facility performance.
Provide project engineering for new installations and modifications.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience with DeltaV, PLM, Trackwise, and CMMS (Infor) is advantageous.
Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Expertise in equipment and system change control.
