Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to coordinate and control production activities within a pharmaceutical setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Production Manager to implement production plans in compliance with cGMP standards. This role involves supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring material availability, and maintaining equipment and hygiene standards.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in working with diverse teams and all management levels.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills.
  • PharmD degree required.
  • Experience in pharmacy preferred.

The Pharmacist's responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate and organize the manufacturing process.
  • Address delays in daily and weekly schedules.
  • Manage materials issued from the warehouse for production.
  • Ensure availability of raw materials, utilities, and equipment parts.
  • Make decisions on non-conforming materials in consultation with the Production Manager.
  • Fulfill production plans in coordination with the Production Manager.
  • Allocate manpower effectively.
  • Supervise subordinates and ensure standard yields are maintained.
  • Maintain production equipment in good working order.
  • Assist in pilot scale trials for product development.
  • Control production processes and facilities.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain discipline among staff.
  • Implement operational manuals and production plans.
  • Monitor compliance with cGMP requirements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in manufacturing areas.
  • Oversee training of production personnel.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by senior management.
